Once the order is received in our database, it is processed and immediately sent out to our production department. Here, every request is carefully analysed and planned to ensure precise, timely production.
New surface preparation
New surface preparation involves cutting panels into specifically sized pieces using cutting-edge machinery. This step guarantees millimetric precision, meeting the required specifications and preparing each component for subsequent machining. At our machining centres, we can carry out handles, drilling and other customised machining.
Primer application
This step involves applying the polyester primer, which is essential to ensure a uniform surface. Using advanced technologies ensures an even application, preparing the components for subsequent finishing.
Smoothing
Every component is subjected to a meticulous smoothing cycle, combining automatic processes and manual finishes for more complex details. This guarantees a perfectly flat surface, ideal for subsequent finishing.
Material Identification
Each piece is scanned by a sophisticated machine that performs a dimensional and geometric check in the sorting department, allowing for unique identification through labels stating the customer’s data and checking it matches the order, ensuring that each part is traceable and fully meets the customer’s requirements.
Finish application
In this step, the final finish is applied, which may be water or solvent based with a matt or gloss effect or special treatments. The process can be carried out automatically or manually, depending on customer requirements, always ensuring a high quality aesthetic and functional outcome.
Protection and Packaging
The finished product is protected by automatically applied protective film ensuring it stays intact until delivery. Each piece is identified by scanning its label and packed according to the customer’s specifications and strict procedures, ensuring a precise and efficient packaging process.
Order shipment
Once production is complete, the order is immediately prepared for shipping. In addition to thorough documentation management, our Just In Time system enables us to guarantee rapid, punctual deliveries, responding to specific customer requirements with maximum efficiency and precision.
